This Jersey event from the world's leading manufacturer of high-quality cocoa and chocolate products will be hosted by Chef Julie Sharp, UK National Technical Advisor for Barry Callebaut, who's expertise in the production of plated desserts and patisserie is highly respected in the industry.
Julie was awarded Pastry Chef of the Year from the Craft Guild of Chefs in 2004 and has a wealth of experience from working in 5* establishments around the globe as well as nearer to home as Executive Pastry Chef at The Mandarin Oriental and Head Pastry Chef at the prestigious Claridges Hotel.
